Return & Exchange Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at default@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Please pack your jewelry securely—we recommend using a padded envelope to help protect the item during transit. Plume and Poet is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us at default@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
